As you continue passing along the Winter quarter and busy yourself with midterms and schoolwork, we encourage you to be present and appreciate the people and life around you. Below, you'll find tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are studying from.

Geisel Library and WongAvery Library are open. The newly renovated main entrance of Geisel Library is now ready for you to use! Library services will be located in the new Service Hub.

Ingredients:
25 Oreo cookies
4 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped white chocolate
1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
Sprinkles or other toppings
Directions:
1. Crush the Oreos into small crumbs.
2. Add the cream cheese and mix until the mixture becomes a shiny, balled clump.
3. Portion and roll the mixture into 1 inch balls. Place the truffles on parchment paper and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
4. Place the two kinds of chocolate in separate, microwaveable bowls, and microwave in 30 second intervals until the chocolate has melted.
5. Dip each truffle in the chocolate you desire, then place back onto the parchment paper. Decorate with toppings. If desired.
6. Refrigerate for 10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.

Animefest, the one and only anime convention at UC San Diego, is almost here! Presented by the Anime & Manga Enthusiasts at UC San Diego, the event will be free for all attendees, and will take place on the second floor of Price Center on Saturday, February 18th from 11:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m.
The convention will have artists and vendors in West Ballroom, live performances at East Ballroom, a variety of panels and games, and so much more. There will also be a screening at Price Center Theater of the critically acclaimed Studio Ghibli film, "The Wind Rises."
