Happy Wednesday! We hope you are taking time for yourself as this academic year comes to a close. It's a stressful time, but know that there are resources to help you mentally and academically.
This is our last issue for Spring 2021, but we will return with biweekly publications for Summer Session to share tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself!

Join the Library and Black Resource Center during Week 10 to focus and prepare for your finals! Study rooms will be structured using the Pomodoro Technique and feature lo-fi study music. Breaks will include guided meditation and mindfulness tips you can incorporate into your study routine.
There will also be some fun giveaways. 😉
