Happy Wednesday! As this is the last De-Stress Publication for this quarter, our team wanted to share a new De-Stress E-book filled with mindful activities and reminders to support you during spring break. ✨
We will return on March 31 with tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are studying from. If you have questions, suggestions, or comments for what you would like to see, feel free to reach us at LearningSpaces@ucsd.edu.

LIBRARY STUDY SPACES
Whether you are on campus or learning remotely, the Library has physical and virtual study spaces to help you prepare for finals.
 
The Biomedical Library Building (BLB) is open for quiet study during designated hours by reservation only. There will be extended hours during Week 10 and Finals Week. See the webpage for details on reserving a seat!
 
Virtual Study Rooms are scheduled each weekday through Week 10! These open study sessions are broken up using the Pomodoro Technique. Library Staff will be hosting these sessions and playing study music. Join in Week 10 for a special collaboration with A.S. and chances to win $25 gift cards!

Looking for extra resources to help you prepare for your final exams and projects?

 

Browse the Library's extensive list of course-specific guides. For a more broad search, there are also LibGuides organized by subject. Each guide is thoughtfully put together and maintained by librarians specializing in the subject. Their respective contact information is displayed on the guide should you have further questions.

COFFEE BREAK
Schedule 15-minute breaks into your day to check in with yourself, take a walk outside, cuddle your pet, water your plants, or simply enjoy a moment of calm. Below are some resources to get you started. (❁ ́◡`❁)
