Are you being kind to yourself? It's easy to get so caught up in our studies and work that we forget to give ourselves a moment of pause. Don't forget to take time for yourself when you need it. Sometimes, a moment to breath and refocus is all we need to feel refreshed and ready to tackle our tasks.
Every other Wednesday, we will be sharing tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are studying from.
