Yoga at Your Desk
Before continuing with your day, consider taking 6 minutes to stretch out, whether you are seated or standing. It's easy to fall into bad posture habits when we are so focused on studying, especially during exam time. Short stretch breaks not only reduce physical discomfort, but also improves your ability to focus.
