Happy Wednesday, Tritons! Whether you're going on a trip, having a staycation, or attending summer school, we wish you all a fantastic summer! Scroll through the publication for activities to support your mental and physical well-being whenever needed. Throughout the summer, we're sharing monthly tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are tuning in from.

The Calm Cave is meant to be used as a space to retreat from studying, relax, pause, breathe deeply, and clear your mind.
This space incorporates feedback from library users, campus partners, and the Library Student Advisory Council, The lounge furniture and collection of books were selected to help you relax and reflect.

In San Diego, summer starts at the San Diego County Fair!
Going strong since 1880, the Fair is the largest and longest running event in the county. The Del Mar Fairgrounds has hosted the annual Fair since 1936.
The fair is here until July 7th!

Get ready to have summer fun in San Diego without breaking the bank! Lots of things to see and enjoy in San Diego are absolutely free — and with 70 miles of beautiful beaches, near-perfect weather and a variety of summer street fairs, concerts, and arts and cultural events, San Diego offers a fun and inexpensive summer getaway.

Ingredients
4 oz lemon sparkling water (or plain soda water)
4 oz limeade
1 splash of natural fruit punch (optional)
1 sprig of mint
Ice
Directions
1. In a pint glass add 4 oz of sparkling water, 4 oz of limeade, and 1 sprig of mint.
2. Muddle the liquids and mint in the glass for a few seconds.
3. Add desired amount of ice.
4. Top with a splash of fruit punch, if desired.
Enjoy!
