Happy Wednesday, Tritons! We hope you all are enjoying your time on campus as you continue to stay busy with your class schedule. We want to wish you good luck on your midterm exams! In the fall, we'll share biweekly tips and activities to help you de-stress and center yourself, regardless of where you are tuning in from.

Need a break from studying? Join us in Classroom 1 (across from the Geisel Library Service Hub) anytime during the event to relax and de-stress with therapy dogs. No registration needed, and masking is optional.

The Calm Cave is meant to be used as a space to retreat from studying, relax, pause, breathe deeply, and clear your mind.
This space incorporates feedback from library users, campus partners, and the Library Student Advisory Council, The lounge furniture and collection of books were selected to help you relax and reflect.

Most of your course materials are available electronically. Log into the link below with your Single Sign-On (SSO) to check if the Library has e-reserves of your course materials (textbooks, media items, and more). |

Join the Library and Recreation for outdoor Vinyasa Flow on Tuesdays from 3-4 p.m. at the north side of Geisel Library’s Forum Level.
Offered weekly between Weeks 1-10, these classes are by registration only and free for students and staff (free for students!).
Weekly registration is required.
Bring your own yoga mat, props and a jacket or blanket as the Forum Level gets cool in the evenings.

LAVENDER SLEEP TEA RECIPE |

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk
1 bag chamomile lavender set
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Place the almond milk into a small pan and heat until very hot, but not boiling.
2. Add the chamomile lavender tea bag and steep for 5-6 minutes.
3. Remove the tea bag and pour into a mug. Sweeten with honey and stir in the vanilla extract.
